The East India Hotels Corporate Headquarters is a 10,000- sq. ft. office for the company’s Managing Director and his Projects Development Team. The office is designed as an open-plan scheme that is flexible to change and embodies the non-hierarchical and collaborative culture of the company. By using modular, reconfigurable furniture, the office holds the ability to evolve and transform while still maintaining its core design identity. A central glass courtyard forms a defining feature and creates a tranquil oasis, flooding the interior spaces with natural light. The office is a smart workplace and has achieved LEED Platinum certification.
