Description:	MANAM, meaning We _ Us in Telugu, is a collective of Farmers, Fermenters, Chocolate Makers, Chocolatiers, and Storytellers giving Indian Craft Chocolate a new global identity and India a new way to experience Chocolate, our way. To bring the ‘Maker / Craft Brand’ story to life in communication, an editorial style of brand narrative/writing was used that set the larger category and cultural context to fine-flavoured cacao and craft chocolate in India. Being a nascent category in India, the writing attempts to educate, inform, and inspire, creating a deeper appreciation and understanding of chocolate as it 'should be'. It brings to life Manam’s Indian roots, and its ongoing pursuit to elevate the science and craft of fine-flavoured cacao and chocolate experiences, from India, for India and the world.
