Description:	Sopan Shanay represents a visionary leap in educational design for children with autism. This project reflects a deep commitment to creating a nurturing environment tailored to the unique needs of these learners, guided by the principle of “balanced playfulness.” This approach harmonizes vibrant educational stimulation with a calming sensory experience, addressing the sensory processing challenges often faced by ASD children. The design incorporates advanced insights into child development, based on extensive research and consultations with parents,educators, and specialists. The design fosters academic and emotional growth, ensuring a supportive learning environment. Key spaces include the Loco-Lab, which enhances gross motor skills through interactive activities, and the Skillset Studio and Imagination Lab, versatile areas for play-based learning, games, and creative role-play. Mobility Street features sensory walls and motor skill flooring stimulating cognitive and physical development, while Calm Down Corners offer quiet retreats to manage sensory overload. By focusing on sensory-friendly elements and adaptive learning spaces, Sopan Shanay aims to transform the educational experience, offering a model that balances stimulation with tranquility and supports a diverse range of developmental needs.Sopan Shanay sets new standards in inclusive education to create a dynamic, supportive space where ASD children can thrive, promoting long-term well-being and growth.
