| Description: | Foodesign is an experimental journey that catalogues food from a designer’s perspective. The combination of graphic design with engineering drawings to depict various dishes shows that even simple meals like the khichdi and the parantha have more to them than meets the eye. Foodesign captures the joy of plating, the decision-making that goes into every dish and the chemistry between the various ingredients that make something delicious.
