Description: GBL identified a gap between workforce management practices and worker well-being and sought our help to address this issue through impactful videos. The aim was to raise awareness and drive meaningful conversations about the importance of improving workforce management while showcasing GBL's commitment to worker well-being.

We chose video as the medium for its ability to engage diverse audiences and its effectiveness in sparking discussions. Our approach centered on a character-driven narrative, introducing Anita, a figure who humanizes the challenges workers face, creating an emotional connection with viewers. We used cel animation with a warm color palette to align with GBL’s branding, adding a personal touch to the hand-drawn style.

The result was a multi-channel video strategy designed for broad distribution, enhancing GBL’s visibility and reinforcing their message on worker well-being. The videos were also structured to allow for repurposing into short-form content, ensuring adaptability across various platforms. The result? A tailored brand communication strategy designed for multi-channel and layered distribution, with the ultimate goal of making GBL’s work both visible and thought-provoking.
