| Description: | We created a hand-painted collection of invitations and stationery for Sneha and Varun, featuring vibrant watercolour collages that captured the essence of each event’s venue, décor, and festivities. Drawing from our previous work, our clients specifically sought our watercolour style for their invitations, aiming for immersive, intricately detailed, and fun artwork that would spark conversations and create buzz about their wedding celebrations. Originally designed for an October 2023 wedding in Aqaba, Jordan, the first versions of the invitations that had been delivered greatly impressed our clients. However, due to the Israel-Palestine conflict, the wedding was rescheduled to Udaipur, requiring a new set of invitations to be created on a tight timeline while retaining the charm of the original concept. Each element of the final artwork—small illustrations, background textures, night effects, and characters—was meticulously painted by hand on paper. This manual approach, rather than using digital tools to simulate a watercolour effect, allowed us to authentically capture the client's vision and seamlessly blend all components into a stunning digital invite. Despite the challenges, our dedication to detail ensured the invitations were both unique and captivating. |
