Description: Carelon, is a new digital healthcare ecosystem brand with cumulative experience spanning 150 years across its various global brands. Debuting in Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Gurgaon.

Healthcare environments often exude a clinical vibe that lacks emotional connect. Carelon believes that ‘Care works better when it is connected.’ The challenge was to craft spaces that bring synergy between the brand and its workforce and evoke a sense of belonging.

Recognizing that individuals have a strong bond with their culture and heritage, we leveraged this insight to convey the brand's commitment to its employees. Our approach was to celebrate their diverse identities by infusing each office with local arts, crafts, and cultural elements.

We strategically positioned 3D installations, 2D graphics, and wall art throughout its 2 lakh sq. ft. offices in each city. On entering these spaces, individuals are immersed in graphics reflecting the brand's ethos, that extend into conference rooms, boardrooms, and corporate zones. The workforce zones feature 2D graphics and installations depicting each city’s cultural heritage, thereby fostering pride and camaraderie among employees.

This design strategy served as a testament to the brand's genuine interest in its people and their traditions, nurturing a deeper connection between the brand and its workforce.
